Meet the Team

The Downs management team includes William, Marc and Rocco Risbara III, of Risbara Bros., and Peter and Richard Michaud formerly of Michaud Distributors, all of Scarborough. Risbara Bros. is a second generation full service residential and commercial construction company. Founded in 1968 by their parents, Rocco Jr. and Marcia, Risbara Bros. has been instrumental in countless development projects throughout Scarborough’s history. Michaud Distributors, founded in 1980 by Richard Michaud Sr., was a regional distributor of snack foods to major grocery chains. The company employed 200 people when it was sold in 2013. The Risbaras and Michauds are founders and co-owners of several other Scarborough-based companies, such as Maine Properties LLC and M & R Holdings. [Meet the Team]
