Building Business: The Downs inks deal for build-to-suit space in Innovation District

Risbara Brothers Construction will manage construction of a 25,000-square-foot site for a plumbing-and-HVAC company’s new home in the Downs in Scarborough. Pine State Services has outgrown its space in Westbrook. Its new headquarters in the Innovation District at the Downs will allow for projected growth.
