48 luxury condos to be built at The Downs in Scarborough

SCARBOROUGH, Maine (WGME) — As Maine continues to face a housing crisis, dozens of luxury condos are going up in Scarborough. The developer M&R Holdings says 48 market-rate condos will be built at The Downs.
