Tortilleria Pachanga
Lynne Rowe, owner of Tortillería Pachanga, operates a fresh corn tortillería in Maine. With many years of teaching Spanish and traveling in Mexico, she developed a deep appreciation for the tortilla and the corn it’s made from. She created Tortillería Pachanga to bring fresh, nutritious, and delicious corn tortillas made from locally-grown organic and heritage corn to Maine. The term “pachanga” in Mexico refers to a celebration, where friends and family gather to enjoy food, drinks, music, and laughter. This spirit of joy and community is reflected in the way they prepare and offer their tortillas.
