Amolitta Pasta® is a small company based in Scarborough, Maine, specializing in Italian-style semolina dried pasta. They launched their business in the summer of 2019 and have since found success, with their pasta stocked in many fine food markets across Maine and an expanding presence throughout New England. Please note: This is a prep kitchen only and does not offer in-person service or retail sales at this location.
